1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using gyoza works ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
gyoza works provides a managed AI API key proxy that lets developers access multiple AI providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) through a single API key with built-in usage limits and billing.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share your credentials or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Usage beyond your plan's limits will be throttled, not charged overage fees.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: abuse or exploit the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, use the Service to generate harmful or illegal content, or resell access to the Service without authorization.
6. API Usage
API requests are proxied to third-party AI providers. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms of use. We do not store your prompts or completions beyond what is needed for request routing.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including downtime of upstream AI providers.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
